Steve McGrady
Managing Consultant
Steve specialises in Business Strategy, Organisation Development, Leadership and Management. He completed his MBA at the Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge, and also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree. In 1993 he successfully completed the Strategy and Strategic Management programme at Cranfield School of Management, England. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership and Management (FCMI, FInstLM, UK) and is a Member of the Institute of Consultancy (MIC, UK). He is also an executive member of the Academy of Management (AOM, USA). He works with a range of organisations across many industries, and, in addition to board level management experience, he has performed roles as both an external and internal consultant with organisations in the UK, USA, Germany and South Africa. Recent assignments have included programme management for a manufacturing group, culture change in the nuclear energy industry, process improvement for energy companies, strategy advice for a government ministry in the Middle East, and acquisition integration for a leading US-based bank.
